This surge in AI-driven workplace evolution is already in motion, as job listings incorporating AI or Generative AI have more than doubled (2.4x) in Southeast Asia (SEA) over the past two years. Furthermore, these AI-related job postings have witnessed a 1.7x increase in applications in SEA during the same period, surpassing the growth of non-AI job listings. Notably, in the Philippines, LinkedIn's research highlights that a remarkable 97% of professionals are enthusiastic about embracing AI in their work lives, with many eager to utilize it for career guidance (65%) and tackling complex challenges (74%).

A striking 95% of talent professionals in SEA acknowledge that their roles have gained strategic significance over the past year, especially in the realm of talent acquisition.
