Baseline AI

Baseline AI is a tool designed to accelerate clinical trials using AI technology. It takes the study protocol provided by the user, and processes it to automatically create Case Report Forms (CRFs), database models, edit checks, and analysis code, leaving the user to simply review and approve. This automation focuses on eliminating the most time-consuming aspects of clinical trial data management, potentially saving significant time and resources for its users. Beyond this, Baseline AI also offers seamless integration with major Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms, minimizing disruption to existing workflows. Within the tool, the 'Upload' feature allows users to input their protocol and data management plan, and the tool's AI handles the creation of the database, CRF, and checks. This is followed by automated testing cycles. The 'Harmonize' feature is designed to connect data from different sources like eCOA, labs, wearables, and ensures consistency and compliance of data by automatically mapping to the format of the users EDC. The 'Analyze' feature assists in data analysis where users can upload their Statistical Analysis Plan, create analysis-ready datasets, and the tool generates code for tables, listings, and figures. Baseline AI has been created by a team of MIT graduates with a strong technical background and a focus on enhancing the speed and efficiency of clinical trials with the aid of AI.
