"The new policy will go into effect on January 1, 2023. All employees are required to complete the mandatory training program by December 31, 2022. Failure to comply with this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The training program will cover topics such as workplace safety, diversity and inclusion, and sexual harassment prevention. Employees will have access to the training program through the company's learning management system. The policy is intended to promote a safe and respectful workplace for all employees."
