Its main functionality centers on auto-filling responses to a variety of questionnaires, which aids in accelerating the response process, reducing response times from days to only minutes. Dialect can analyze previous responses and evaluates all available content to provide the most suitable answers to these questionnaires. It can pull relevant content automatically, alleviating the need for users to manually populate webforms or response libraries. Moreover, Dialect implements an auto-drafting feature that is based on the latest generative AI technology to predict and draft candidate responses to questionnaires, thus enabling users to maximize productivity by focusing on more revenue-generating activities. For each auto-drafted response, in-line citations are provided for response verification. Additionally, Dialect aids in managing and coordinating collaborations across workflows and offers metrics to analyze which responses most often lead to winning contracts. To ensure user confidence, it integrates industry-leading security practices including end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and infrastructure protection in a cloud Virtual Private Network (VPN).
